What we collect
Information you choose to send us.
When you use the enquiry form or email us, we may receive your name, email address, organisation or school name, the type of enquiry and the message you provide. We also receive limited technical information needed to protect the form from abuse, such as an IP address and verification result.
Please do not include health information, safeguarding records or other sensitive information about a child in the website form. The form is intended for adults making school, parent or general enquiries.
How and why we use it
Responding to your enquiry.
We use the information to understand and respond to your message, discuss a possible school partnership, keep the website form secure and maintain appropriate business records.
Our lawful bases are our legitimate interests in operating and protecting Boxing101 and responding to genuine enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract where your message concerns a possible service.
We do not use website enquiries for automated decision-making, sell them to third parties or use them for advertising.
Service providers
Who helps us deliver the website.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and provides Turnstile bot detection. Web3Forms processes form messages for delivery to Boxing101. Our business email provider stores and delivers the resulting correspondence. These providers process information for us under their own security, privacy and contractual arrangements.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, the transfer must use a safeguard recognised by UK data-protection law. Contact us if you would like more information about the providers or safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Retention and security
Only for as long as it is needed.
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active relationship, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the nature and outcome of the enquiry, and records are periodically reviewed.
We use access controls, encrypted connections, bot detection and rate limiting to reduce unauthorised access and abuse. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending sensitive pupil information through the form.
